Florida Bay Watsu Massage
Bring your bathing suit. Performed in a warm pool. The therapist will guide you to a place where all yoiur stress melts away. You will be amazed at how something so soothing can release deep muscle tensions and restriction.

Suggestions to Maximize Your Benefits of Massage and Healing Session

Drink plenty of water before and after massage and heaiing sessions.
Begin the relaxation process by taking a hot shower or bath before massage.
Please cleanse the skin of lotions before Watsu or Waterdance Therapy.
Communicate with therapist before or during session. Ask questions.
Minimize eating for a couple hours before session.
Remove jewelry, eyeglasses, and contacts.
